Fit 4 Two offers classes in Duncan, Shawnigan Lake and Cobble Hill taught by certfied instructors who are specialists in pre and postnatal fitness. We teach classes that target your needs during pregnancy and the postpartum phase so that you can get or stay fit and feel fantastic.
Choose from a variety of class types (Stroller FItness, Stroller Bootcamp, Prenatal Fitness, Mom & Baby Fitness, and Tummies for Mommies) that allow you to workout in a positive, supportive environment. Postnatal classes are baby-friendly, which means that you can workout while keeping your baby close by so you can tend to his or her needs!
Alisa Harrison, owner/instructor, has been a BCRPA Group Fitness Leader for over a decade. Alisa loves working with pregnant women and new mums, supporting them to feel strong and healthy during and after the childbearing year. In addition to certification as a Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist, Alisa is also a Childbirth Educator in training, an online breastfeeding peer mentor, and leader of ICAN Cowichan Valley.
